How long to receive
About 2 weeks
All custom porcelain items take about a week to make (depending on the item purchased). The specific time required is listed in the product attributes. If it is necessary to adjust the production time due to other circumstances, we will contact you, but if the delivery date cannot be met, we will take responsibility and respond by refunding the full amount of the fee paid

What kind of animals can you make?
All you have to do is provide the photos and I will do the rest. As long as you have a photo of any pet, we can make it out of ceramics. In Japan, many people keep pets such as lizards, spiders, snakes, birds, and snails, and we are confident that we can satisfy them.
If the product is damaged
If the item in the package is damaged when you receive it, we will refund your money or send you a new one for free. Please contact us and send us photos. We will reply you very soon!
