Your ordered products will be delivered after the shipping operation time and delivery time.

About Production Time
The production time varies by product. Items that are in stock will be shipped on the same or next day. Customized products may take 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). After the shipping procedures are completed, we will send you an email notifying of the shipment.

About Return & Refund:

Returns, Exchanges, Order Content Changes, and Cancellations

30-day Return and Exchange Guarantee
We accept exchanges within 30 days of product arrival, for items that have not been used.

However, products with engravings or custom-made items are not subject to this policy. If you wish for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of the product's arrival, and return the product within one week of our confirmation.

For Returns and Exchanges at the Customer's Convenience
We only allow one return or exchange per customer's convenience. The shipping cost will be at your expense. In the case of a return, we will deduct 20 USD for shipping costs from your order amount before processing the refund.

In the Case of Returns and Exchanges Due to Company Error
In the case of a return due to an error on our end, such as sending a different product from what was ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products or reasons:

Products that have been used once
Products that have been ordered as full or semi-custom
Products that have engravings
Products where over 30 days have passed since the receipt date
Products where no shipment has been made more than one week after the return or exchange notice
Products that have scratches or stains
Cases where the jewelry case is stained, damaged, lost, or disposed
Cases where the warranty card, product tag, or label is torn off and lost
Products that have been modified in size, engraved, etc. for the customer
In case of price revision
Cases where the request is not made by the customer who made the purchase
Cases where the product is refused upon receipt

Return and Exchange Procedures

  1. Contact for return/exchange
    Within 30 days of receiving the product, send an email with the following information to us. We will guide you on how to return the product.

【Information to be provided】 Name, order number, product name, quantity, reason for return/exchange.

  1. Confirmation from us
    After confirming the email content, we will inform you of the return destination and return method.

  2. Return the product
    After receiving the confirmation email from us, return the product, warranty card, and all other contents in the box within one week. Please return the product to us in a way that leaves a record of the shipment.

  3. Confirmation of product and notification of acceptance of return/exchange
    After confirming the returned product, if there are no particular issues, we will notify you via email that we will accept the return/exchange. We will process the refund and arrange for the product replacement.

  4. Refund or Product Replacement
    【In case of return】
    If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund from your card company within three business days after notifying you of the product's acceptance for return. The refund period varies depending on the credit card company. Please contact your credit card company for details. If you paid by bank transfer or convenience store payment, we will refund the product price by bank transfer or Paypal.
    【In case of replacement】
    After notifying you of the replacement acceptance, we will arrange for the product replacement. The replacement will take about one week, so please understand this. When the delivery procedures for the replacement product are completed, we will send you a delivery completion notification via email.

About Cancellations
Cancellations are free within 12 hours. If more than 12 hours have passed, a 30% material and processing fee will occur.
However, please note that we cannot cancel your order in the following cases:

If the product has already been "shipped".
For special order products (products ordered with special specifications, designs).
If you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped, please send an email with the subject "Wish to cancel", including your name, order number, email address, and reason for cancellation. After confirming the order details, we will process the cancellation and contact you about the refund method.
Cancellations are limited to requests from the person who placed the order. We may ask for identification, so please understand this.

 

Refund method

The order fee will be refunded via the original route, and the handling fee will be borne by the customer.

No cash refund service will be provided.
