All custom porcelain items take about a week to make (depending on the item purchased). The specific time required is listed in the product attributes. If it is necessary to adjust the production time due to other circumstances, we will contact you, but if the delivery date cannot be met, we will take responsibility and respond by refunding the full amount of the fee paid

After the order is shipped, our system will send you an email and you can check the express status through the link we provided. If you would like to know more about the specific progress of the production process, please feel free to contact us.

All you have to do is provide the photos and I will do the rest. As long as you have a photo of any pet, we can make it out of ceramics. In Japan, many people keep pets such as lizards, spiders, snakes, birds, and snails, and we are confident that we can satisfy them.
